Hello, I'm Todd Covington.  I specialize is selling luxury and waterfront properties in the Beaufort South Carolina real estate market.  A few years ago, after attending the College of Charleston and subsequently selling similar real estate in the Charleston SC area, my wife and I decided Charleston had become too much hustle and bustle for us.  My ultimate goal was to stay on the coast and find a place with a small town feel.  Certainly, I believed the entire coastal region had been developed as to where I would never find what I was looking for.  During a weekend I drove the entire coast of South Carolina and North Carolina.  Upon arriving in Beaufort I sat down for lunch at Plum's downtown with a funny feeling that I might have found my dream town.  For those who say love at first sight isn't possible, I say "think again".  Somewhere between downtown Beaufort and Fripp Island I became somewhat like a kid in a candy store and said to myself, "I'm home!!!".  The rest is history as after only a short while I felt like Beaufort was my hometown.  

Beaufort South Carolina has so many things I was looking for.  One of these things was an opportunity to help customers in an real estate market that has not been overrun with development.  The conservative values that govern Beaufort have impressed me, as development in this area seems to be carefully thought out.  This equals the great quality of living Beaufort residents enjoy.
