New Home Listing in Walling Grove Plantation - 112 Old Plantation Drive - MLS #121587

Just this Wednesday one of the prettiest homes in Walling Grove Plantation, 112 Old Plantation Dr., was listed in the Beaufort MLS.  I remember visiting this house in 2005 when construction had just been completed and thinking how nice it was.  If the current listing pictures are any indication, the current owners have kept this house in top condition.

Walling Grove Plantation is generally considered one of Beaufort's most desired waterfront communities.  Large lots, custom built homes and neighborhood dock are some of the reasons I love this subdivision.
