When searching for a waterfront community with breathtaking views, you only need to look as far as Willow Point.  Located within the community of Shell Point, Willow Point is home to one of the newest communities in the Beaufort SC real estate market.

One of Willow Point's most desirable attributes is it's central location.  Within 2 miles of the Broad River bridge and Robert Smalls Parkway.  Robert Smalls Parkway is home to many of Beaufort's newest restaurants and stores.  Robert Smalls also is the main highway leading into the downtown/central Beaufort area.  The Broad River Bridge is the main thoroughfare that connects northern Beaufort County with southern Beaufort County.  Having such close access to the Okatie Hwy. allows easy transit to such communities as Bluffton, Hilton Head Island and Savannah, Georgia.  Willow Point is a spectacular shoreline that may also be seen from the bridge as you come into Beaufort.  In either case, Willow Point's central location continues to help keep real estate values up in Willow Point.
