Today I'm going to share a few of the the newly listed properties at ERA Evergreen. Listen, I know the market is down and home prices are falling, but this week a house on Cat Island was relisted at a price even I couldn't believe.  117 Dolphin Point Drive hit the Beaufort MLS listed at an unbelievable $399,900.  For those who are not familiar with Cat Island, the Dolphin Point area is extremely nice and generally priced a little higher than other areas of the island.  In three years of watching the MLS, this is the first time I have ever seem a home on Dolphin Point listed under $400,000.
